The Shins - The Past and Pending chords & lyrics

Following previous posts of "Kissing the Lipless", "New Slang", "The Celibate Life", "Phantom Limb", "Caring is Creepy", "Split Needles", "Black Wave", "Australia", "Strange Powers" and "Sea Legs" to my Shins guitar chords page, I have now added "The Past and Pending", an oldie from the 2001 album "Oh, Inverted World".

Once again, while the lyrics and melodies are somewhate quirky, the chords are very playable, even for those in the early learning stages, consisting of E, D, A, G ; E, D, A, D for the verse and the chorus also featuring all major chords, A, D, G and C.
