I wasn't fortunate enough to catch Leonard Cohen on his recent European tour, but watched a one hour extract on BBC TV from the London performance. At 74 years of age, he has lost nothing of his stage presence, and still has the voice of a Holy Man. Considering he has over 40 years of back-catalogue to choose from, I thought the song selections were spot-on, from Suzanne thru the best songs from "Various Positions" and "I'm Your Man" to his more recent works.
I was already conscious that I hadn't added to my own collections of Cohen chords and lyrics for some time, so I've worked out the chords to "Democracy" from the 1992 "The Future" album, and posted them to my Leonard Cohen songs page, at the link below:
